11th International Consultation of Child Helplines (IC2025)

We are delighted to announce the 11th International Consultation of Child Helplines 2025, hosted by Lifeline/Childline Zambia, in partnership with Child Helpline international.

This event is proudly endorsed by the Government of the Republic of Zambia, represented by the Ministry of Community Development and Social Welfare and the Zambia Information and Communication Technology Authority (ZICTA). We are also grateful for the support of UN Zambia, our cooperating partner for this important consultation.

The theme for the 11th International Consultation of Child Helplines 2025 – “Children at the Centre! A Global Voice for Mental Health, Violence Prevention and Response: Envisioning Child Helplines for 2030 and Beyond.”

The 11th International Consultation of Child Helplines (IC 2025) will be an opportunity for our child helpline members worldwide to meet and build relationships with each other and with partners, to discuss and debate issues relevant to them, and to learn from each other, exchanging knowledge and sharing skills, experiences and good practices.

For this event, we will welcome around 250 participants from child helplines worldwide, the UN, government officials, CSOs and NGOs, the telecoms and technology sectors, and others.
