With Thanks to Natasha Jackson!

A Fond Farewell as she steps down from our Supervisory Board

Natasha

At the end of December 2025, Natasha Jackson completed her second term as a member of our Supervisory Board, the maximum length of service permitted under our governance framework.

We’ve been very fortunate to count Natasha as one of our Board members– for both her personal and professional capacities! We could not have asked for a better and more committed contributor!

Throughout her time on the Board, Natasha has brought exceptional clarity, commitment and insight — grounded in her deep experience at the GSMA, where she is responsible for public policy and regulatory issues arising from mobile content services, and her long-standing engagement across the telecommunications sector with issues of data privacy, security, safety and child online protection. She also leads the GSMA’s global mobile initiative against child sexual abuse content. Her contributions have therefore consistently strengthened CHI’s strategic thinking, particularly at the intersection of technology, access and children’s rights.

Natasha has always been a thoughtful and principled voice in Board discussions, combining strategic vision with a strong sense of responsibility toward children and young people. She helped ensure that CHI remained future-focused while staying firmly anchored in its core mission: making sure that children everywhere have someone to turn to when they need help.

On behalf of the Supervisory Board, the Team at CHI, and our global network of child helplines, we extend our sincere thanks to Natasha for her dedication, wisdom and service. We are deeply grateful for the time, care and expertise she shared with us — and we wish her every success in the next chapter of her work.
