Arista has spent the last five years working for several international organizations in Indonesia and the Netherlands, where she has been in direct contact with various refugee groups. She has worked for various international organizations, including the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP).  She enjoys making films and photographs in her spare time and has a keen interest in the humanitarian field.
