Línea 102 CaBA is a free telephone advice service on the rights of boys and girls in the City of Buenos Aires. It works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The line is mainly for children and adolescents to make inquiries, but it is open to everyone to communicate, provided that queries have to do with situations involving children and adolescents.
