Characterisation and Impact of Child Helplines in the Americas and Caribbean Region

Using five helplines in five countries as case studies, we show evidence of the importance of having community mechanisms to ensure that child helplines interact with families and local support networks. We also show the weaknesses of the Child Protection Systems, to varying degrees, in each country. Check inside to see how we plan to change this!
