Child Helpline International’s eLearning platform is available as a resource for our members.

Firstly, try opening the module in a different internet browser.

If this does not solve the problem, check that you have the latest version of your browser downloaded. This is needed to make sure the interactions in the course work properly.

Be aware that the platform or the courses currently do not work on smartphones.
