Telefon Zaufania 116 111 is a helpline for children and adolescents provides support to children and adolescents up to 18 years of age. The phone is anonymous and free of charge, it works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in Polish and from 14:00 to 00:00 in Ukrainian and Russian. Children can talk to us about everything: friendship, love, growing up, dealing with parents, siblings, problems at school or the emotions they experience. The child helpline is operated by Fundacja Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę (Empowering Children Organisation).
