Uruguay: Línea Azul

La Línea Azul receives, through the number 0800 5050 and the INAU website, complaints from the community related to situations of violence and violation of rights experienced by children and adolescents in order to respond to them. Coordinates with other actors involved the interventions to be carried out according to the demands received, in order to give a first response to situations of violation of rights. In addition, it carries out and/or coordinates the actions that allow a diagnostic approach aimed at providing timely and effective responses.
