1-800-RUNAWAY responds 24/7 to crisis contacts from youth and families through the hotline as well as digital contacts via live chat,live texting, crisis emails, and forum posts.  NRS also provides educational and outreach materials available for download directly through the 1800runaway website.  These include social media assets, a Let’s Talk: Runaway Prevention Curriculum, Flyers, and Bookmarks. 1-800-RUNAWAY also stands up a national campaign in the United States – Youth Homelessness, Outreach, Prevention and Education (HOPE) Month each November.
